Platform (Studio)

  • Restore the PDF embedding, employment verification, Hacker News digest, and slow pipeline templates in the workflow template picker.
  • Financial summaries now investigate the drivers behind material changes across reporting periods. Other chapters wait for completed financial analysis and use it as additional context; incomplete financial chapters can be retried before the rest of the summary proceeds.
  • Monitoring: the Prometheus metrics endpoint now reports LLM token usage and finished runs for each workflow and agent, and the EigenPal Grafana dashboard has a new “Usage by workflow” section showing tokens, share of total, runs, and tokens per run per workflow, plus a chart of the top 10 consumers and a workflow filter.
  • Strengthened document image processing and mathematical expression rendering security.
  • Workflow access control: share workflows and folders with specific people or groups at four levels (Viewer, Runner, Editor, Manager). Access is set on top-level folders, the way a shared drive is run: everything inside a folder has that folder’s access, so there is one place to check and change it. Making a folder private limits it to the people and groups you choose. Groups come straight from your identity provider (Keycloak, Entra ID, Okta, or a corporate sign-in service) and stay managed there, or can be created in EigenPal for password users. Each folder says at the top who can open it, with a Manage access button, and right-clicking a folder or workflow offers Manage access too. The access panel shows everyone who can open an item and why, and says who gains or loses access before you save. Moving something into a folder with different access asks first and shows the access before and after. Settings gains an Access control page: check whether a person can open a folder or workflow and see exactly why, see each person’s groups and what your identity provider reports for them, and manage groups. A per-person access review sits on each member. Every sharing and group change is recorded in the audit log. Directory changes apply within minutes, and disabling someone at the identity provider signs them out of EigenPal. Admins can make every new top-level folder and workflow start private, and export who can open what as a CSV for access reviews. When an owner or admin opens a private item only their role lets them see, that is recorded too. Run history of a deleted workflow is visible to owners and admins only. Nothing changes for an organization until it makes something private.
  • Faster folder navigation for workflows. A folder tree now sits beside the workflow list: open any folder in one click, keep your place as you move around, and use the arrow keys to browse it. Long folder paths fold their middle into a menu so the path stays readable. Organize by dragging. Drop a workflow or folder onto a folder in the list, in the tree, or in the path above the list to move it there. Folders in the tree open when you hover over them while dragging, so you can move items several levels deep in one go. A preview follows the pointer and names where the item will land, only valid folders light up, and every move can be undone from the confirmation. Top-level folders and workflows show who they are shared with. Hover the avatars to see each person and group with their access level, or click them to manage sharing.

Public API

  • Automations, runs, datasets, experiments, evaluators, versions, folders, files and review endpoints now honor workflow access control. A workflow the caller cannot open answers 404, exactly like one that does not exist, and is left out of every list. A workflow the caller can open but not change answers 403 for the change. Starting a run needs Runner access. API keys act with the access of the person who created them.

CLI

  • Simplify the bundled Prometheus metrics guide to bearer API key authentication and the metrics reference.

SDK

  • Strengthened Python SDK generation security while preserving Python 3.10 compatibility.
  • TypeScript SDK file uploads and automation operations now return precise response types, improving autocomplete and compile-time checks.

Infrastructure & processing

  • Strengthened document image processing and mathematical expression rendering security.
